Privacy policy
A short, plain-language explanation of what data you leave on devenasdesign.com, why it is needed and how you can control it.
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is Anastasia Deventeichik, a self-employed web designer operating as DEVENAS. You can contact me about your data on Telegram: @devenas.
2. What data we receive
Only what you enter yourself in the brief and forms on the site: your name, a way to contact you (Telegram, e-mail, phone or other), your business name and field, a description of the task, project parameters (service, timeline, budget and so on) and a comment.
Your browser also sends technical data needed to serve the site, such as IP address and device or browser type. We do not use it to identify you.
3. Why we need it
To contact you, clarify the task, prepare a quote and proposal, sign an agreement and do the work. Your data is not used for mailings without your consent and is never sold.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the checkbox in the brief before sending it. The form cannot be sent without consent, but you can always write to me directly on Telegram.
5. Who receives the data
A brief is delivered to my personal Telegram. Technical services are used for this: Telegram (messenger), Vercel (processing the form request) and GitHub Pages (site hosting). These services may be located outside your country. Data is not shared with anyone else except where required by law.
6. How long data is kept
For as long as needed to communicate and do the work, or until you withdraw consent. After the collaboration ends, data is kept for the period required by law for accounting and contracts.
7. Your rights
You may ask what data I hold about you, correct it, request deletion and withdraw your consent. Write to me on Telegram @devenas and I will reply within business days.
8. Cookies and analytics
The site currently uses no advertising cookies. If web analytics (for example Yandex Metrica) is added, a notice will appear on the site and this policy will be updated. Some data, such as your progress through the brief, may be stored only in your browser and is not sent anywhere.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. The current version is always on this page, with the last update date shown at the top.
